Office project of approximately 60,000 m²v

In the heart of Beijing on the city’s main avenue, this building is used to house the premises of the insurance company PICC.
The city’s urban regulations require us to set back very significantly and align the façade with the adjacent buildings.
A landscaped urban layout around the perimeter of the building is designed allowing pedestrians and users to enjoy the surrounding urban space.
Organized around a central atrium, this building is divided into several distinct parts linked by vegetated comfort and rest areas.
