In order to best respond to the program developed by the SIDR (the topography of the land, the various hazards present on the site and the different possible accesses being important urban planning constraints), we propose to divide the 40 LLS housing units (phase A) into 5 buildings raised in R+3, each building will be placed on a programmatic base unique to each.

In some cases, the base or podium will only accommodate the car parks corresponding to the housing above, in other cases the base will accommodate an additional program such as shops and nurseries.

As far as tranche B is concerned, the PLS housing, we will locate them mainly on the AO.543 plot for a topographical reason because these semi-detached houses of small size must benefit from height in order to benefit from the sunshine and a possible view of the surrounding landscape. This location in this area will build on and ensure a good architectural link with the neighboring plots, which are mainly composed of individual houses
